Mike T. Nelson has a BA in Natural Science, a MS in Mechanical Engineering (Biomechanics) and is currently a PhD student in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology) at the U of MN. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA and holds the RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification). He is currently one of only 30 Z Health Level 4 trainers in the world. He does fitness consulting in White Bear Lake MN.
